One-time license per conference

Acanthus is sold as a one-time license per conference, priced by the maximum number of presenters. There is no recurring subscription.

When you can get a full refund

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record: visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us from the organizer account email, with the conference name. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal

Where the Service is purchased by a consumer in the EU/UK, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. By starting to use the Service (e.g. inviting judges or opening scoring) you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided. Until then, you may withdraw by emailing us.

Exceptional cases

If the Service is materially unavailable on the day of your conference due to a fault attributable to us, contact us within 7 days; we will discuss a partial or full refund in good faith.
